FRESK was founded with the goal of promoting freestyle sports in the Engadin region in the long term and offering young talents professional training opportunities.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of owner and founder Paolo La Fata and his team, FRESK has become a central hub for freestyle enthusiasts of all ages, fostering a community that plays a key role in driving the development of freestyle sports.
FRESK helps snowboarders, freeskiers, skaters, and bikers of all ages and skill levels take their skills to the next level—safely, creatively, and with fun. Through camps, private lessons, or regular training sessions, our experienced coaches provide personalized guidance to kids, teens, and adults. Whether it’s your first attempts in the snowpark or targeted performance training on kickers, rails, and the slopes—our winter program is designed for all snowboard and freeski enthusiasts. Learn new tricks, improve your technique, and develop your own unique style.
In the summer, too, there’s plenty going on at FRESK—whether on the asphalt, the grass, or the dry slope. Our Freestyle Garden in Silvaplana offers perfect conditions for creative training on skateboards, trampolines, dry slopes, pump tracks, and skimboards. Through camps, private lessons, or open training sessions, you’ll learn new tricks and push your skills to the next level.
FRESK is more than just lessons—We are family!Â
