Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free returns policy for purchases via our website. New and unused gear bought online can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). New, unused gear must be returned in the condition in which you received it and with the original box if there was one and packaging, including manufacturer tags. Refunds will be treated within a maximum of 21 days after we receive your merchandise. Paypal refunds normally appear straight away in your account, but may take an extra week due to bank delays.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Sign in at the top of the page and go to the order you wish to return. That’ll let you create a return. Once we’ve validated it, you can print out a prepaid returns form. Stick that on the outside of your box and send it back to us with the returns form that was in your box when it was delivered. Please note prepaid returns are Switzerland only, from other countries you’ll need to pay the postage back. Outside the EU please take care to use a pro-forma invoice or mark the package as a merchandise return so no delivery charges are levied.
EXCHANGE
You didn’t like the color, or want a different size? Exchanges at FRESK shop are easy. Please just go ahead and create a new order on our website, which we’ll send out straight away. And just send the original article back for a refund. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition, refunds will be treated in a maximum of 21 days after receiving your merchandise.
WARRANTIES
If you think you might be in a warranty situation, don’t hesitate to contact our warranty department on fresk.ch. To quicken this process, please dig out as much info on your initial order as possible, and take some pictures of the problem.
For information, most manufacturers provide a warranty of two years from date of purchase, but this varies. Generally warranty time is explained on the sticker or tag on the product. Shipping costs for guarantees are the responsibility of the client, and returned products must be clean.
