BIKES

The bikes are shipped in they original boxes which are very big, and the volume implicates an extra cost of 30€ per bike ordered.
All bikes shipped outside of Switzerland have an added transport cost, please contact us with your address to find out how much is the transport cost to your country and address.

INTERNATIONAL

 – Normally if you order before 8:00am, your delivery will be picked, packed and shipped same-day, from Monday to Friday.
1 . For returns information, please check out our Returns page.
2 . Sometimes, for ecological & economic reasons (to keep postage costs at a minimum for our clients), we remove items from their original packaging when they are sent. Similarly, we sometimes use original packaging with protection & packing tape to keep package volume to a minimum.
3 . We are human beings, not robots, please contact us if you need any help.

EXCHANGES

You didn’t like the color, or want a different size? Exchanges at FRESK shop are easy. Please just go ahead and create a new order on our website, which we’ll send out straight away. And just send the original article back for a refund. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition, refunds will be treated in a maximum of 21 days after receiving your merchandise.

WARRANTIES

If you think you might be in a warranty situation, don’t hesitate to contact our warranty department on fresk.ch. To quicken this process, please dig out as much info on your initial order as possible, and take some pictures of the problem.
For information, most manufacturers provide a warranty of two years from date of purchase, but this varies. Generally warranty time is explained on the sticker or tag on the product. Shipping costs for guarantees are the responsibility of the client, and returned products must be clean.
